Our History...

Dave and Ron were two of the original members of the quartet "Tri-State Quartet" based out of South East Michigan.  From 1991 - 1996 the group traveled and built up quite a following.  In 1996 Ron's brother decided God was calling him to full time ministry as a preacher and so Tri-State had to leave the world of gospel music.  

Then in January 2000, Dave and Ron had an opportunity to meet Randy Jones of Westfield, IN and Souls Harbor was born.  Randy, Ron and Dave traveled from February of 2000 until October 2003 when Randy and his wife Heather had their first child.  Randy decided at that time that he wanted to be around home more and not travel as much, so Ron and Dave began the search for a new tenor which proved to NOT be an easy task.  

In April 2004, Kevin McMillan joined the group and traveled until November of 2005.  The group is now looking for someone who LOVES Southern Gospel music and is willing to follow the Lord's call to full time ministry.  If this is you, please email us and we will be in contact with you soon.  During this time of transition, Joy, David's wife is filling in the position until the tenor is found.
